Grounded in Maximum Q’s Five Q’s Framework, The Launch Pad blends proven assessment tools, peer-to-peer learning, and actionable workshops to expand leadership from the inside out. Cohort is limited to 15.
Participants benefit from both printed and digital course materials, a personalized Birkman Assessment, and a Maximum Q Leadership Award and Digital Badge upon completion.

The Five Q’s Workshops are in person on Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (CT) at The Houstonian and include lunch. Each session explores one or more of the Five Q’s, blending reflection, discussion, application, and peer learning.
Virtual Check-Ins are scheduled in between workshops to review The Q’s in action and supplemental material.
